	ERMA FINDEISS co-founded the Findeiss Realty Co. in 1970. Her goal has been to provide top quality real estate service to the Zanesville/Muskingum Co. area. This multi-year recipient of the OAR President's Club Award and the Zanesville Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club has watched her efforts move the Findeiss Realty Co. to the top in number of sales and listings! Erma was recognized for her many accomplishments and contributions to the area's real estate industry in January 2005 through induction to the Zanesville Board of Realtors Wall of Fame . 	TAMMY FINDEISS completed her education at Hondros College in Columbus. Prior to beginning her real estate career, she worked at the Longaberger Company. Tammy jumped right into the real estate business and has quickly jumped into Million Dollar Production! 	ROBERT (LEE) UNGEMACH is another member of the Findeiss staff of professionals. Lee completed his real estate education at Hondros College in Columbus and is well acquainted with the business world. Many will recognize Lee’s name from Ungemach and Alpine Pottery. While living in Roseville, Lee served on City Council and on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Ceramic Center. Lee is a 32º Mason, a member of the Zanesville Amrou Grotto, and the Roseville Lions Club. He and his wife, Debbie, now reside in Zanesville and are the parents of twin boys and have one grandson. Lee invites all his friends and former business associates to call him for all their real estate needs.
	LISA EHRNFIELD Lisa completed her real estate education at the Hondros College, in Columbus, Ohio and has jumped right into the real estate industry. Prior to joining Findeiss Realty Co., Lisa worked for the Longaberger Company in their quality control area and learned the important of attention to details as well as great people skills. You'll immediately appreciate her friendliness and "can-do" attitude.
	CHRISTINA McCONNELL Christina attended Zane State College and Hondros College, in Columbus, Ohio to obtain her real estate education. Christina graduated Magna Cum Laude from Zane State College with an Associate Degree of Applied. Prior to that Christina was employed by the Longaberger Company. Christina is very energetic and is exceptionally good with people. Her care and concern are a stand out!
	JODI BICE became part of the professional staff at Findeiss Realty Co. in 2007 after beginning her real estate career in 2005. She is excited to handle the challenges of the real estate industry after working a number of years in the nursing field. 	W. DAN HOWARD is name that many will recognize when it comes to real estate. Dan rejoined the professional staff at Findeiss Realty Co. in 2007 after a short hiatus. 	KATHY CASNER has been with the Findeiss Realty Co. for nearly 25 years and serves as Office Manager. She obtained her broker's license in 1986 and also obtained her GRI (Graduate, Realtor's® Institute) Designation, the same year. She has continued her education and has obtained the RRS (RELO Relocation Specialist) and the RCC (RELO Certified Coordinator) as well as the e-Pro designation from the National Association of Realtors®. Kathy recently received the Certified Residential Finance Specialist and was a recent recipient of the prestigious Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB). She has served as President of the Zanesville Board of Realtors® and helps to develop and teach real estate courses for the Zanesville Board of Realtors®. She is currently an instructor at Zane State College, teaching three of the four required pre-licensure courses. Kathy is active in the Rotary Club of Zanesville and has twice served as secretary, and was President for the 2006-2007 year for that organization. Her accomplishments and efforts are an asset to this company and all of the people working for us and with us.
